WHAT'S INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICE
At Hydro Clean, we clean using a hot water extraction method, with a truck mounted system. Our trained technician will come into your home with hoses and cleaning wands. The powerful equipment remains in the truck. Each truck carries 120 gallons of water and collects the waste water in a separate collection tank.

There are no "extras" or "add-ins" associated with the cleaning. All of our carpet cleaning services begin with a pre-spray. This pre-spray loosens dirt caught down in the fibers of your carpet and brings it to the surface. Next, our techs will begin cleaning using the wands. Water is flushed through your carpets at 120 lbs of pressure per square inch and is immediately extracted. As they are cleaning your carpet, they are also moving your furniture to clean underneath. They will then place your furniture on plastic tabs or styrofoam blocks so no marks are left on your carpet.

Also included, is spot and stain removal. Though most spots and stains will come up during the actual cleaning, some tough ones can remain due to the fibers actually being dyed by the staining agent. That's when our technicians put down the wands and hoses and get to work by hand. We have many different types of spot removers for such stains as coffee, and chocolate. If you are aware of a stain, and you know what it is, please let your professional carpet cleaner know. If you have pet odors such as urine, please alert us when scheduling the appointment. A routine professional carpet cleaning will not remove the phosphate salts found in urine from your carpet. Special enzyme cleaners are required to perform this type of extraction.
